Are you certified?

Yes, we are a fully certified food distribution company and have NAFDA, FIA and HACCP memberships.

Do you cater for individual requirements?

A:

At Del-Re National our priority is our clients.  Our five customer service operators and four sales reps ensure each of our customers is treated as an individual, allowing us to best meet any special needs or requirements.  Any items ordered that are not currently on our product list will be sourced in order to ensure customer satisfaction.  This is just one of the benefits of using a family business such as ours.

How do I order online?

A:

There are 3 simple steps to order online:

  1. Activate an Account to begin ordering, this is located at the top of the page. Record your details and you can begin ordering straight away. Our My Account facility contains My Pantry List to add your most ordered items for easy future ordering.
  2. Go toProducts to order your items online via computer, iPad and Smartphone; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  3. Order before 12pm for next day delivery to all areas, from Monday to Friday.

How long have you been in business?

Del-Re National Food Group are a totally 100% Australian family owned and operated company servicing a range of clients within the food industry, including mainly hotel, restaurants, cafes, pizza restaurants, schools, hospitals, retirement and aged care facilities.  

We have been operating in Melbourne's north for over 10 years but were originally began by the Directors parents; Nicola and Pat Del Re in 1978. 

What areas do you service?

We service clients in Metropolitan Melbourne, as well as extending to country areas of Victoria, including Ballarat, Bendigo, Cranbourne and Geelong daily. We have recently expanded into Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.
