Ingredients

• Tip Top Milk Style Burger Bun
• Beef patty
• 2 streaky bacon rashers
• Cheese slice
• Chilli-spiced honey sauce
• Butter lettuce, tomato & onion
• Mayonnaise & smoky BBQ sauce

Method

1. Simmer honey, chilli and lemon juice for 4–5 minutes. Cool.
2. Cook bacon until crispy and grill beef patty, melting cheese on top.
3. Toast bun lightly.
4. Assemble with sauces, patty, bacon, vegetables and serve immediately.
